J.J.
Daigneault played for a total of 10 NHL teams, but surely never enjoyed
a stopover more than his six years with “Le Bleu, Blanc et Rouge”.
J.J. played in all 20 games during the 1993 Stanley Cup
Play-offs, as the Habs capped off their impromptu post-season
magnificence with a 4-games-to-1 drubbing of the Los Angeles Kings and
ultimately securing their 24th “Coupe de Stanley.
This size 52 red knit CCM jersey was worn during Games 3 and 4 of
the Cup Finals in
Los Angeles
and has the Stanley Cup Centennial Patch sewn on the right breast.
A Maska Ultrafil tag is still present in the neckline, while the
CCM and NHL logos appear on the tail.
The time-honored Canadiens logo, all numbers and “Daigneault”
on the nameplate are all in tackle twill and sewn on.
A dozen small circular repairs are scattered across both sleeves.
One of only a handful of jerseys in the hobby.
